To further enhance the company's emergency response capabilities and strengthen awareness of the "safety red line," on May 16, 2025, the company's safety and environmental protection department, in conjunction with the Jinshan Fire Brigade of Luojiang Economic Development Zone, organized a comprehensive emergency drill for ethylene glycol tank fire accidents. Through simulated real-world scenarios and multi-departmental collaboration, the scientific nature and operability of the emergency plan were comprehensively tested, safeguarding safe production!

[Practical Drills, Forging Emergency "Hard Skills"]

"Ethylene glycol is leaking and catching fire on top of Ethylene Glycol Tank #1, requesting support! "

With the sounding of the alarm, the drill officially began.

➤ Rapid Response: After discovering the "danger," the operators immediately reported it to the department head. The department head ordered the activation of the fire accident emergency rescue plan and arranged for personnel to immediately activate the fire pump and turn on the sprinkler system in the No. 1 ethylene glycol tank area to cool the No. 1 tank.

➤ Graded Disposal: After reporting to the executive vice president in charge, the department head activated the company-level fire accident emergency rescue plan. The company's emergency command center quickly assembled and activated the comprehensive emergency plan, dispatching emergency rescue teams, medical rescue teams, warning and evacuation teams, environmental monitoring teams, and safety inspection teams to the scene.

➤ Firefighting Collaboration: The professional rescue team of the Jinshan Fire Brigade rushed to the company's fire accident scene. The company's general commander reported the on-site rescue situation to the Jinshan Fire Brigade captain. Under the captain's instructions, the members of the Jinshan Fire Brigade immediately launched rescue operations.

➤ Scientific Rescue: Professional rescue personnel from the Jinshan Fire Brigade implemented fire extinguishing and rescue on-site and transferred trapped personnel in the tank area to a safe area for medical assistance; the environmental monitoring team monitored the surrounding air and water data in real-time to prevent pollution from spreading.

This drill highlighted "full process, multiple scenarios, and strong linkage:"

➤ Departmental Cooperation: The various departments of the production center, the safety and environmental protection department, and the logistics support departments seamlessly connected to efficiently complete the full-chain response of "danger reporting, emergency command, rescue, and public opinion control."

➤ Environmental Protection Priority: The environmental monitoring team tracked the entire process, simulating leakage interception, dike sealing, and emergency pool activation to ensure "zero pollution accidents."

➤ Party Member Vanguard: Members of the company's party branch took the lead, forming a "Party Member Vanguard Team" to play a model role in evacuation guidance and material dispatch.

After the drill, the general commander reviewed and commented on the entire process:
