On the morning of April 25, 2025, the Hanjiang Party branch in Sichuan Province organized a April Party congress for all party members.

In-depth study of "the integration of two aspects"

At the beginning of the meeting, Comrade Lei Jian, the party building instructor of the company's party branch, led all party members in a collective study, conducting an in-depth discussion on the profound connotation and significance of "the integration of two aspects". He emphasized that "the integration of two aspects" represents a historic leap in the Sinicization of Marxism, and is also the fundamental principle of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. In our work, we should integrate "the integration of two aspects" with company management, combine scientific theory with practice in company decision-making, and draw management wisdom from traditional culture, such as using the idea of "harmony is precious" to promote team collaboration and the spirit of "self-improvement and perseverance" to inspire employees to strive forward. We should effectively translate the learning outcomes into measures to promote work practice, enhance the effectiveness of company management, and contribute to the development of the company.

Review of "May 1st Labor Model" candidates

After the study, Party Secretary Ni Tingting organized all party members to carry out the review of the company's 2025 May 1st Labor Model candidates. This selection strictly followed the 2025 May 1st Labor Model selection plan, adhering to the principle of "prioritizing the front line and possessing both morality and ability". Currently, 22 candidates have been selected after the first-stage preliminary review and the second-stage employee evaluation. In this review meeting, all participating party members made their assessments of the candidates based on the principles of fairness and justice, under the supervision of Party building instructor Comrade Lei Jian. Through the selection, voting, statistics, and announcement stages, the Party branch ultimately determined that all 22 candidates would advance to the next round of review, participating in the final selection of the company's May 1st Labor Model selection committee.

At this Party congress, the company's Party branch successfully completed the review of the 2025 May 1st Labor Model candidates. All comrades should deeply practice the profound connotation of "the integration of two aspects", inspire the fighting spirit with the spirit of model workers, consolidate the will to work through party building, and promote high-quality development of the company with the spirit of hard work!
