Basic information of 1. project

Sichuan Hanjiang New Material Co., Ltd. is a large modern science and technology enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and operation of food grade PET bottle grade chips. Its products are widely used in drinking water, hot canned beverages, carbonated beverages, edible oil, alcohol and other food packaging, as well as film, sheet, industrial silk, medical, cosmetics and other electronic and light industry packaging. By the end of 2022, the project will achieve an annual production capacity of 600000 tons of food-grade PET polymer materials. In order to ensure the normal demand for power supply, a high-voltage standby main line is added, and 10KV main supply cable is now required to be purchased.

10. Bid Bond and Performance Bond (Material Requirements)

The bid bond is (RMB) 3000.00 yuan (in words: 3,000 yuan only), and the deadline for payment is 12: 00: 00 on [August] [9], 2023 (Note: the basic account of the bid applicant shall be transferred to the account designated by the tenderee). The bid bond shall be returned to the bidder's account within 15 working days after the bid is completed and the winning bidder signs the formal contract. If the bid fails, all bidders will be refunded within 10 working days.

　Signing of Contract Agreement

The 12.1 winning bidder shall sign a written contract with the purchaser within 15 working days from the date of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance. If the winning bidder fails to sign a procurement contract with the purchaser within the time limit due to the reasons of the winning bidder, it shall be deemed to have given up the winning bid, canceled its qualification for winning the bid, and will be given relevant treatment such as bad behavior record and ban for a certain period of time.

The 12.2 purchaser shall not put forward any unreasonable requirements to the winning bidder. As a condition for signing the contract, it shall not enter into any agreement with the winning bidder in private that deviates from the substantive content of the contract. The signed contract shall not make substantial changes to the bidding documents and the winning bidder's bidding documents, that is, it is strictly prohibited to adjust the services and quotations in the winning project by itself.

12.3 the winning bidder is unable to perform the procurement contract or waives the winning bid due to force majeure, the purchaser may enter into a procurement contract with the winning candidate who ranks first after the winning bidder, and so on.
