　　Part I Contents of Bidding

1. Sichuan Hanjiang New Material Co., Ltd. was established in 2019. It is a large-scale polyester enterprise specializing in the production, research and development and operation of food-grade PET bottle chips, with an annual output of 600000 tons of PET polyester bottles and new packaging materials. The company is located in the North District of Deyang National Economic Development Zone, Sichuan Province, and is listed in the list of key projects in Deyang City. Products are widely used in drinking water, carbonated beverages, hot-filled beverages, edible oil, alcohol and other packaging, as well as sheet, medical, electronic, cosmetics and other packaging. Based on the principle of mutual benefit, the company will invite public bidding for the transportation of finished products in 2023.

2. Project Target: Sichuan Hanjiang New Materials Co., Ltd. Commodity Transportation Project Bidding.

3. Project period: July 1, 2023-December 31, 2023.

4. See the attachment for the specific quotation points of distribution.

5. Matters needing attention in bidding content:

(1) National finished highway (1.1 tons or 1.2 tons) woven bag ton bag packaging and transportation bidding; Mainly to vehicle transportation;

(2) The carrier must complete the loading within 24 hours after receiving the transportation instruction from our company.

6. Submission time of bid documents: The bidder shall be submitted before 17:00 p.m. Beijing time on June 27, 2023. If the time exceeds, our company will treat the bid as rejected.

　　Part II: Requirements for Investors

1. This tender does not accept the joint bidding of two or more logistics companies;

2. The transportation supplier shall be a professional logistics enterprise or a warehousing and logistics integration enterprise, with more than two years of logistics operation experience and relevant qualification certificates for road transportation operation;

3. Own vehicles, flat car not less than 10 (need to provide a copy of the vehicle driving license);

4. Have the ability to resist transportation risks and ensure transportation quality, and bear the losses caused by transportation;

5. Provide 24-hour service with smooth information communication channels;

6. To be able to issue a formal transport invoice, the quoted price shall be the full package price including tax, which shall remain unchanged during the contract period;

7. Ensure that the goods are safe and fast (within 1-3 working days) to provide door-to-door services (from the company warehouse to the customer's designated warehouse);

8. The carrier ensures that the transport vehicle is fully insured with the insurance company and can bear all the risks of personal safety, loss of goods, damage, etc. that occur in the course of transport, and if there is a loss of goods, the part that is not covered by the insurance company or the part of the compensation is insufficient shall be borne by the carrier that caused the loss of the goods;

9. During the contract period, if the relevant personnel enter the plant, they shall abide by the company's management regulations;

10. Clear the accounts of the previous month before the 15th of the current month and receive settlement bills (9% points of regular transportation invoices, settlement lists, receipt forms, etc.);

11. The bidder shall submit a bid bond of RMB 50,000 (50000 yuan) to the tenderee to protect this tender from the risks caused by the bidder's behavior. After winning the bid, it will be converted into a performance bond, which will be returned in full if there is no breach of contract at the expiration of the contract (the previous cooperative enterprise that has paid the bond in full may not repeat the payment).

11.1 a bid that fails to submit a security deposit as required will be deemed invalid and the security deposit of the unsuccessful bidder will be refunded without interest.

11.2 the responsibility of bid bond; if the bidder withdraws its bid documents after bidding or refuses to sign the contract according to the time specified in the bidding documents after receiving the notice of winning the bid, the tenderer will confiscate the bid bond according to law.

12. Contract performance bond: 200,000 yuan (200000 yuan) performance bond shall be paid within the day of signing the contract. (No interest on performance bond)

　Part III: Requirements for Bidding Documents

1. Materials to be Submitted by Bidders

Number of copies of bidding documents: in duplicate. The bidder shall bind the bidding documents into a book, put them into an envelope and seal them, affix the official seal of the unit at the seal, and deliver them within the specified time.

　　Part IV Criteria for Calibration

1. The tenderee will organize a bid evaluation team to evaluate and compare the bidding logistics companies that have made substantial responses to the tender. The Bid Evaluation Panel applies the same criteria to all Bidders' Bids.

2. In addition to considering the tender offer, the following factors will be considered when evaluating the bid: network coverage density, transportation speed, and cargo safety.
