Its products are widely used in drinking water, hot canned beverages, carbonated beverages, edible oil, alcohol, etc. Food packaging, as well as packaging in the electronic and light industry fields such as film, sheet, industrial silk, medical treatment, and cosmetics. The company has an annual output of 600000 tons, and now plans to invite public bidding for a batch of waste materials disposal. Manufacturers who are interested in this project and have certain recycling, production and transportation capabilities are welcome to bid.

　　5. Bidder Qualification Requirements

1. The bidding unit shall be a unit with a business license, and the unit with environmental protection procedures shall be given priority. The bidder shall have a power of attorney sealed by the bidding unit.

2. If the company inviting the bidding does not participate in the bidding for no reason, it will stop participating in the bidding right and time according to the seriousness of the case.

3. Reputation requirements: The bidder is not in a state of being ordered to suspend business, and the property is taken over, frozen or bankrupt; In the past three years, there have been no business abnormalities and losses, no records of fraudulent winning bids, serious violations of laws and disciplines and major quality problems in business activities, no bidding qualification has been suspended due to bad records, and no inclusion in the "list of dishonest enforcers" (available on the "Credit China" website (www.creditable (www.creditchina.gov.cn)); there shall be no contract suspension, dispute or dispute arising from the Bidder's breach of contract or improper performance.

6. Bid Description

1. The bidder shall carefully read all the contents of the bidding documents, provide the bidding documents according to the requirements of the bidding documents, and ensure the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the bidding contents, so as to make a substantial response to the bidding documents; otherwise, the bid will be rejected.

2. The quantity of waste materials processed in this tender shall be sorted by the winning bidder according to the purchased materials, and the measurement data provided by the company's storage department shall prevail.

3. The bidder shall seal the bid documents, affix the official seal of the bidder's unit at the seal, and indicate the name of the bidding project at the obvious place of the bid cover; Bidding for disposal of waste materials, name of the bidder (stamped with official seal), address, telephone number, and the words "unsealed when unsealed.

4, PTA bag quotation is the bidding unit according:

The number of packaging bags is quoted at about 35,000-40,000 per month.

5. Bidding service requirements:

(1) The consignee shall comply with the Safety Production Law and shall be fully responsible for the safety of its personnel.

(2) Pick-up method: self-pick-up. The packaging bag must be shipped within the time required by the seller, if there is a need for windproof and waterproof waste, in case of abnormal weather, the consignee should cover, bundle, etc., otherwise any problems during shipment, the consignee shall bear. Rainy days do not deduct the weight, the consignee unconditionally clear.

(3) In the process of clearing and transporting, there shall be no entrainment, theft and other disciplinary violations. If the regulations are ignored, a fine of ten times the waste materials loaded will be imposed. If the circumstances are serious, the receiving qualification will be canceled.

(4) The site shall be sorted out and cleaned at the first time after each loading.

(5) The consignee shall ensure that the waste products shall not cause secondary pollution to the society after they leave the factory. After the consignee ships the waste products out of the factory, it must strictly abide by the laws and regulations of the state on the purchase and utilization of waste products for treatment. The tenderee shall not be responsible for any liability.

(6) During the operation, the consignee shall be responsible for any situation of the consignee's personnel and vehicles.

(7) It is strictly prohibited to contact valves, power switches and buttons at all points in the plant without authorization. The consignee shall take full responsibility for abnormal production.

(8) The consignee and its employed workers shall not enter the area outside the workplace during the working hours; they shall not enter the factory area at will during the non-working hours.

(9) The consignee shall ensure that its personnel shall abide by the seller's safety rules and regulations after entering the factory, and if the violation of the rules and regulations causes losses to the seller, the consignee shall be liable for compensation.

(10) The consignee shall provide packing machines (dust explosion-proof motors are required) and related consumables for packing.

Payment method: After the consignee pays the seller's public account according to the number of vehicles and confirms the collection, the consignee can transport the bag to the factory. The seller shall issue a VAT invoice of the same amount to the consignee within 10 days.
