PET Bottle Blowing Common Problems

Fault 1: poor transparency of PET bottle

Reasons: 1. The heating temperature is too high. The heating time is too long. 3v compressed air contains water. 4. The injection germ tube itself is opaque. 5. The germ tube design is not suitable. 6. The inflation ratio is too small.

Exclusion methods: 1, cooling 2, shortening the heating time 3, using a dryer to remove water 4, improving the quality of embryo tube, selecting materials and improving the dryness of raw materials 5, improving the size design of embryo tube 6, reducing the diameter of embryo tube

Fault 2:PET bottles appear pearl luster white

Reasons: 1. The heating temperature is too low 2. The wall thickness of embryo tube is uneven 3. The thickness of embryo tube is too thick and the heating penetration is insufficient

Exclusion methods: 1. Warming up or slowing down the revolution speed 2. Improving the quality of embryo tube 3. Reducing the thickness of embryo tube, or trying to raise the outer cover of heating device to increase the temperature emission of embryo tube surface layer

Fault 3:PET bottle bottom nozzle position offset

Reasons: 1. The blowing time is too early 2. The stretching rod is not down to the bottom 3. The stretching rod is offset from the center line of the bottle axis 4. The embryo tube wall thickness is uneven or the injection density is uneven 5. The heating is uneven.

Exclusion method: 1, delayed blowing

Adjust the position day of the stretching rod, improve the quality of the embryo tube 5. Improve the heating conditions, or check whether there is any problem with the rotation of the embryo tube.

Fault 4:PET bottle wall to enjoy uneven

Reasons: 1. The position of the stretching rod is not in the center of the embryo tube 2. The blowing hole is asymmetric and the aperture is different 3. The stretching ratio is too low or the blowing ratio is too small 4. The embryo tube does not rotate in the heating furnace 5. The wall thickness of the embryo tube is uneven or the injection density is uneven.

Exclusion methods: 1. Adjust the position of stretching rod 2. Adjust the position and aperture of air blowing hole 3. Increase the stretching ratio or inflation ratio 4. Check the rotation device 5. Improve the quality of embryo tube

Fault 5: the upper part of the bottle is too thick

Reasons: 1. The upper temperature is too low 2. The position of the mold exhaust hole is too far from the upper part 3. The stretching ratio is too low 4. The inflation ratio of the upper part of the bottle is too low 5. The stretching rod speed is too slow

Exclusion method: 1. Heating the upper part 2. Adjust the position of the vent hole 3. Increase the stretching ratio 4. Change the shape of the bottle 5. Adjust the speed of the stretching rod

Air time or increase the lowering speed of the stretching rod 2, adjust the position of the magnetic pole switch 3, adjust the position day of the stretching rod, improve the quality of the embryo tube 5, improve the heating conditions, or check whether there is any problem with the rotation of the embryo tube
